The Enclave at Deer Crossing
The Enclave at Deer Crossing was the first site that Henderson Investments (HI) developed. Located in McCordsville, IN, HI built The Enclave for local Indianapolis builders Pyatt Builders and Davis Homes. The Enclave was 22 lots total: Four larger lots with Davis and 18 lots with Pyatt Builders.
Henderson Investments partnered with a local Indiana bank Everwise Credit Union to finance the construction of the neighborhood. HI engaged the services of Harvey Construction to do the sitework. Over the summer of 2023, they expanded an existing pond, built and compacted all the homesites and installed 4,500 linear feet of underground utilities. The streets were constructed and paved in September, the site was landscaped and Pyatt Builders and Davis Homes were building houses in November of 2023.
Harper Estates
Harper Estates is a 29 lot development built for D.R. Horton in Avon, IN. The land was acquired from a local church. Henderson Investments began construction in September of 2024 with Weihe Construction as the general contractor, responsible for all the underground utilities and earthwork. Working closely with Weihe Construction we were able to deliver lots on time for our client. Harper Estates was a complex project, requiring coordination with utility companies, the church and its congregation, and the town of Avon. Through lots of communication and teamwork we moved the project across the finish line.
